Agreed, that's why I posted this.......
"It takes some MAJOR dedication (by EVERYONE in the home) to retrain an abused/alpha adult dog. Some even require weeks of 24/7 home supervision (with viewed alpha adult human), before others can safely be left alone with dog.
Near impossible to achieve in a home where all adults are working."
I was pointing out there's significant effort required to improve behavior.
