Trainer came yesterday, basically said we need to keep them apart or get rid of one.

She agreed they are both good dogs but said aggression escalates (as it has) and once it gets to this level there are no guarantees it wont happen again, she said she could offer sessions for months/a year but that would not be ethical.

I offered the Shepherd to my Parents (they love her) but they said no thanks so the boy will be going to a rescue that does not euthanize or a home if we can find one.
