A diagnostic test is imperative and should point you in the right direction
Since you confirmed that fuel is reaching the fuel filter and assuming it flows to injectors,then one can eliminate fuel pumps.
Theres is a fuel pressure rail sensor at the back of the manifold that usually goes ,you can try simply unplugging it and plugging it back,nothing to loose.
Like I said ,you must have a registered ECU fault,but from your feedback it could be this sensor!
Try resetting electrical system by disconnecting battery terminals and touching them for 30 mins or so !
