There may be some tips there if you haven't. In general it sounds like the i-bus isn't seeing the nav system properly. I'd check that wiring first and foremost.
What version radio module did you install?

Thanks for the quick response! I read over Puma's retrofit, and I've checked my connections at the front of the car (where the nav retrofit connects to the radio connector at the front,) the nav connectors in the trunk, and the radio tuner wires. The radio tuner is a BM53 which supports Aux and Sirius. Is there anyway to diagnose the iBus (logging codes, etc.)? I have the P.A Soft cable and software, and have placed an order for a suitable cable for NCSExpert...
UPDATE: I have also verified that the rest of the car goes to sleep (as the light on the transmission selector surround goes off)
