Almost 200k on my M62 4.4 and no major issues.

VCGs and radiator last year. Still on OE timing chain guides and airbags.

1 window regulator (no "crash", window was fine), 1 driver door handle carrier, FSR, coolant tank, 2 water pumps, 1 ignition coil, Powerflex bushing upgrade.
