I don't have experience with aftermarket parts like that, but for your front camber, the shop probably thinks there is no adjustment possible, but there is.

If you jack the car and loosen the 3 strut tower nuts (as seen from the engine compartment), you can then adjust the top of the strut inboard or outboard a little. There is a special BMW tool to do this adjustment carefully, perhaps calibrated, etc.

But if you just push it all the way and then tighten, it might be what helps at least in your situation. The full travel adjustment is about +/- 0.3 degrees (not much). I think most people early on want more camber for handling reasons so they adjust it full negative. Then when the cars are older and parts wear and you get more negative than you want, you'll want to adjust it full positive. So if it is adjusted full negative and you go full positive, you'll pick up about +0.6 degrees.

There is one alignment pin there too, that may have already been removed. If still there, it was just for initial assembly and can be discarded.
