Long time ago when my X5 was still under warranty, I was experiencing erroneous triggering of alarm for 3 weeks, it turned out to be the hood switch. The SA told me the alarm was triggered 60 times.


In short, the vehicle captures are the info/stat and can be read via software + interface cable.


EDIT: you can try to disable the alarm by pressing the lock button (two to three times- I guess) until the red light under rear view mirror stop blinking - maybe QSilver can chime in , more accurate instruction(s)
