Today I finished a project that has been waiting for me since December!

Replaced all the rear suspension bits. Subframe bushings, ball joints (don't even attempt either of these w/o the special tools is my advice), control arms (top front and back), sway bar links, sway bar bushings (powerflex to match the fronts), exhaust hangers, sand the infamous integral link. I was going to do the bushings in the monster lower control arm but they aren't as easy as you'd think...so I skipped them. The ones in the arms looked good with no cracks. Interestingly enough, the subframe bushings looked pretty good too, even after 96k miles.

I have to give a bit thanks to garrett.fell who talked me down from the ledge with the integral link install. Man that's a bugger. Trick is to align the link so you can install the top bolt, then the ball joint end, then wiggle the whole assembly (jack it up or down) whilst twisting front to rear and the link will just glide in. I cheated and put my link in the freezer for a while first to shrink it just a tad (every little bit helps).
