These are the newer modules

84 21 6 945 387 end of life 11/04 5th generation
84 21 6 955 522 end of life 04/05 6th generation (do not confuse with the 552 1st generation)
84 21 6 969 268 7th generation The 268 is "identical tothe 522" although it does have a software suffix change -.01 indicating a change, but insignificant change.

I would stick with the 387 or higher where the DSP audio codec is superior to the previous versions.

And yes they are worldwide.
