Wheels do not come with TPMS sensors or valve stems. You can purchase the sensors and valves separately:

Just send your VIN with the order and they will make sure you get the right ones. The above link has everything you need to get a new set of wheels on the road.

More than likely, you could reuse the sensors that are in your wheels now. They say the battery in the sensor lasts five years, sometimes as little as four but designed for up to seven.

If you are going to transfer the sensors to your new wheels, I would at least purchase four new "SCREW-IN VALVE RDC".

You can use the wheels without TPMS sensors but you would have to find the proper valve stem for the hole in the wheel. I do not have any information on that. Without the sensors, you will have a check control warning and iDrive notification message.
