As I understand it a e70 determines when a service 2 is due so it isn't at some number of miles. But it must be around some number of miles.

The reasons I ask is the bmw service records I have do not mention service 1s or 2s just inspections and work. I can see my x5 had its spark plugs replaced at about 40000 by the former owner. Now I have a chilton service manual saying the plugs should be replaced at inspection 2s and the x5 now has 107000 so do the plugs need.to be replaced?
