Holy crap!!! What the hell happened to the US and Canada? I know the short answer is simple: Finland kicked butt. I'm a little less surprised that the US got eliminated because they were probably good for a silver at best and was predicted by some to be no better than 6th. Canada is a different story. Being the defending gold medal winners helped their rating but they had an incredible team assembled. Even more shocking was Canada's inability to score a goal in the last three games with guys likes Sakic, Iginla, Thornton, and Heatley. Zero goals! Unbelieveable.
