Doru is correct, my 3.0 d has a seven bladed fan with a ring. updated versions for all cars have the ring. I'm looking at updating my car to the 11 blade version.

@ civdiv99, do you notice any difference in terms of temp gauge (more likely running A/C in town)? Your signature doesn't show year or engine type, so I'd be curious to know.
