I own a consulting business also. I remember the first couple of contracts - it was almost flattering to think that I had a skillset to offer to people, and they would actually pay me for it.

6 years later, as we have grown larger, I still feel that way alot, but mostly clients hire us now for the other people working with us. Now I get to deal with stuff like payroll and insurance.
