IF your dealer infers that you are a liar, document the exact time, mileage, speed, and circumstance of the event (s) and go to another dealer...all cars have gremlins and not all can show up on a computer...also make absolutely sure all the software updates and service bulletins have been done. Until a mechanic can find the problem, and thus get warranty to pay for, they can't fix it. Acura, Volvo, VW, Porsche, Range Rover--none are perfect.
