You should definitely get it for DOWN since that works... if you aren't getting it for UP, then something upstream (and not in the door unless it's a frayed/shorting wire) is causing the problem.

Yes, new regulator with new motor attached. What I obviously realize now is that the old motor and reg. were perfectly fine. Have appt. with Indy mechanic Monday 7AM. Not gonna let this ruin my weekend :-)
