Correct on COD. Job was insane. 60 yr old house no drain tile no sump pump. Every big rain made floor wet pine framing all rotted pretty much perfect storm disaster. Sister executor of estate and needed fixed to sell. Worse: floor had been painted with incompatible paint that sloughed off when mopped!

The walls were mostly but not all waterproofed but no seal at wall-floor junction just a layer of paint so it leaked. I cut a 1/4 x 3/8 groove into the wall-floor junction to install some synthetic rubber sealant now have to wait for a strong rain to see if hydrostatic pressure builds enough up the wall that the wall leaks.
