I won at least half the battle yesterday. After much searching I found, purchased, and installed a nice, complete genuine BMW hitch kit. South Florida Import Auto Parts had a car with one on it. I was able to go there in person with a copy of the BMW installation instructions to make sure I got all the parts. I finished the install around 10 last night.
