In my case I got >160psi on all cylinders except #2 (35psi). That meant no matter what I did with other parts or fluids I wasn't going to be able to fix the misfire without getting into the cylinder. Engine top cleaner can reduce carbon buildup but in my case the valve was chipped.
Note: my error code was P1345 which is very different from P1341. Hopefully it is just the cam position sensor in your scenario.
