Is there a way to reset the battery?

Get a wiring diagram and see if any of these circuits share a common point such as a ground point. Could be a bad ground.
Self levelling inactive message

could be a bad fan, get it scan and see if you have a fan fault
Key fob opens but does not lock
could be a coding problem, you can get it scan and see if it is coded to lock.
One touch window stops working
could be a coding problem, you can get it scan and see if it is coded to one touch.

look for a common circuit problem such as a common ground point.
