I bought these - and just installed. Easy to do and nice look. For those in Europe, I would confirm some important points:

a) They fit European X5's (no fundamental reason they would not)
b) They will also work for rear fog lights - provided you install light bulbs.
c) They are marked as SAE DOT compliant on the lens, so you shouldn't have any technical inspection issues (Switzerland and Germany can be strict).
