I don't think an X5 should be "slammed", and I wouldn't want to do anything to compromize the ride quality, but I do think that decreasing the gap between the tire and the wheel well a bit would look better, especially with the 19's & 20's. I dunno, perhaps about 1.5 to 2" would look great, but I don't like it when people lower their vehicles so much that the top of the tire is hidden by the wheel well...
