I am continuing my very eclectic reading list, via Audible audio books that I am listening to on my iPhone and synced via Bluetooth to my BMW’s audio system during my silly 1 hour 15 min. driving commute each way from my home to my office in New York City. Since I have two and a half hours of driving each day, Monday through Friday, audio books offer an ideal way to make what would otherwise be unproductive time into an entertaining and educational respite that I actually look forward to. I find that listening to an audio book actually can de-stress the aggravations of traffic and therefore probably lowers my blood pressure. So after listening to the local radio stations for weather, traffic, news, sports scores and market info, I can switch to an audio book to “switch gears”.
