BTW, Dinan HQ is only 20 mins from the dealership so that is going to be one of our first stops. Not sure what kind of records they keep, but we are going to see how accommodating they are to enthusiasts as I'm hoping to get a list of exactly what is on the truck.

As another question... is there anything I should look out for that would be a trip ender? Cooling system stuff obviously... and I plan to buy a couple of gallons of coolant to take on the trip along with water. Anything else? Maybe I can pay Dinan a fee to throw the X on a lift to have a gander underneath it...
