Only way to tell for sure would be a top speed run to see if has the factory limiter on it or the Dinan one. I would tend to agree that to run the MAF and throttle body you would need their tune. And would definitely want it anyway since tuning is where you are going to get most of your gains from those mods.
As for the exhaust. It is just mufflers. The center resonator remains stock. From what I could find they did not offer a replacement section for that resonator... though I may replace it with a Magnaflow X pipe in the future if, for some strange reason, I get tired of the current noise it makes. Which is awesome!

Engine software removes speed limiter. To tell if you have trans software go to manual mode and choose a gear. The Dinan trans software allows you stay in that gear at any RPM. On the 4.6 the trans goes to third gear when you stop regardless of the gear it is in.
To earn the Dinan badge you had to accumulate a number of points. For the 4.6 that was 10. Exhaust was 3, cold air was 2, transmission software was 1. If the badge is genuine you have more Dinan products than the exhaust and air box. On the 4.6 they offered three stages of engine software depending on the mods. If you have only the air box and exhaust you should still have the matching first stage software to get the most out of them. The engine software was worth 2 points. That still leaves you 2 points to find. The throttle body was worth 2.
