It's hard to tell in the video, but I think I might be having the same issue with my '05 4.8is, only it has gotten worse.

I feel that it's more of a surge at this point. If I roll up to a light and it starts doing it, it wants to surge forward, almost like it's a manual and I've almost come to a stop in 2nd gear with my foot off the clutch and it's about to die. If I quick drop it into Neutral the kicking goes away.

Keep me posted. I'm having my shop take another look on Monday. About a month ago we thought we had it fixed, they had noticed a vacuum abnormality, replaced a torn PCV diaphragm and it didn't seem to do it anymore. But it has gradually made its way back in.
