In the last month my 4.8is developed a play in the steering box ( 32136769268) on the driver side. I could feel something loose in the steering wheel when turning slow in some instances. I removed the tie rod boot and when moving the steering wheel left/right a can tell there is a play inside the box. At first I suspected the tie rods which I replaced last year but going behind the tie rod I feel the play. How hard is to replace it? Any adjustment or something? Did anybody try this? I have been on this forum for about 9 years but unless I missed it I don't remember seeing anyone replacing the steering gear.
