Well I have done a few, nothing to major buy make a difference.
1. Installed OEM ALUMINUM running boards
2. Installed rear H&R wheels spacers
3. New tires all around
4. Installed iPhone aux cable on the GPS radio
5. Painted all interiro trim from original ugly wood to a nice smoked aluminum to match the door handles and look a million times better ( the center console I cheated and just masked it around, taking it out is a nite mare)
6. Completely swapped interiors from black leather to red leather.
7. Replaced angel eye bulb with LED BULB I GOt the 10w 6000k but I didn't really like them. I wanted a nice bright white color like the new bmws or the CCFL but oh well. I'll get some later. I should of gotten something with more watts but I didn't want to go with 7000k because then they look blue I don't know ill do some more research later.
Next in mind is to lower it. I want to Dropp it SOOO bad but don't want to spend the money in removing all the original suspension.
I plan of changing tail lights and painting all black plastic to match the truck
