Thrust arm bushings on my X5 started to "pop" a bit under braking at ~45k miles. So depending on the driving style and asphalt quality the factory ones have to be replaced at 40-60k miles. After that more often I guess. Because the ones that are built in the car from the factory are made in the capital, and the ones sold as a spare parts are made in the suburbs or a more distant village
