I see. My e70 kills the armrest power socket as soon as the ignition is off. Maybe the x6 retains the power for a bit. Anyways as long as you got it working its all good.

Once it gets really cold give us an update on the performance. I was a little underwhelmed on a winter trip on the heater performance. Maybe it's my steering wheel.
