jfoj - I think one of your earlier posts said you needed a voltage regulator for a 220 amp Valeo alternator - is that correct? I'm interested because my 2010 35d has a 220 amp Valeo alternator voltage regulator part # 12317603775 - and $45 would be a great price. However, that part doesn't seem to be carried by AutohausAZ. Their web site only seems to have the 180 amp part # 12318510090 voltage regulator. I called them and they said they don't carry the 220 amp VR. I checked on RealOEM for a 2008 4.8 (which it looks like you have), and it seemed like you might have a 180 or a 220 amp alternator depending on your specific build. Perhaps I misunderstood your earlier post and a 180 amp VR is what you need?
