You didn't indicate if you had the assist version or the Visteon module, if visteon, You will have to get to the Bluetooth Pairing message on the MID for the phone to see the BMW. Use the pairing procedure in the manual but brefly it is hold down the center console button, turn on ignition, wait a couple seconds, release center console button.
The car will always try to connect with the first phone paired and if it can't find it will search for the second, and so on.... |
according to experience & BMW BT manual, the last phone paired takes priority.
