Hi guys. Sorry for resurrecting this thread. After going through this and finding out that all the symptoms I have are due to the blower resistor, I bought the part and installed it myself. It was a tough job and couldn't have done it without this thread. Thank you.

However after installation:

1. I still get intermitent fan speed e.g. The fan bars on the display are at max but the air coming out is as weak as a whisper.

2. After driving around about 15 mins the fan speed eventually goes normal.

3. The next day weak blower speed again.

Does anyone think the AC control module is malfunctioning?

By the way, I also have an "Increased Battery Discharge" error when I start my drive everyday though my battery is still good (bec its not dead yet). Is this somewhat related to my AC Blower issue?

I think I'm gonna change my battery this week and see if it makes a difference. Its been 3 years already and I think batteries are only good for that time right?
