+1 As you have said, the features supported can vary within a model series, depending upon build date. This is due to BMW upgrading the control modules during the production run and later models supporting coding functions that often did not exist with the previous modules. I don't want to turn the seatbelt gong off completely, this is easy but I would prefer to keep the change subtle so that it is not obvious that I have altered the setting. I like the gong idea from a safety standpoint but the length of time it sounds for is just ridiculous.

EDIT:- I had a look at the coding options on my iOS version of Carly today and could not see the tailgate function as yet no HKL module coding options), I will check the next release of the app as I would say this function is currently being vetted by Apple.Attachment 67693
