You may need Sonax Wheel Cleaner Plus. Its 25% stronger than FE

-For the old wheel weights, 3M adhesive remover would work and its available locally, Detailers Domain sells Tarminator which also works great.

For behind the spokes I use the angled Wheel Woolie Brush that Phil sells, works great.
