89 in. lb. is the right spec. I think I called out 22 earlier, that's too low. But still, you can do this with a nut driver or a 1/4" drive handle. DO NOT USE A FT. LB. TORQUE WRENCH HERE, such a wrench will be working at the very bottom end of its adjustable range, where it will be not very accurate. If you are going to use a "not so accurate" tool, just use a 1/4" drive handle and calibrate your wrist. 89 in. lb. will put you at about 7 ft. lb.
