That part slightly confused me too, copy the mdf & mds files (around 70mb), to a new cd, then downgrade from your current version (V26 ?) & then install this version & it works perfectly well.
I searched the forums for a link to a V25 as i tried V24 & couldn't get it to load, if i remember V25 can be found at megaupload
I downgraded to V25 & it came back on in German, my heart sank until i realised you change the language over in the menu screen.
