Two splash screens I created in Photoshop
1) BMW logo with roundel (I improved on my first one which can be seen
here - larger roundel, custom ==BMW== and better saturated blue - looks good in the car)
2) BMW iDrive style logo (an updated version that I made in Photoshop using photos from an iDrive equipped car)
