Yes, vacuum leaks can and will cause misfires, more often at start up and idle. The I6 is is full of vacuum leak potentials.

Spark plug and coils usually cause problems under heavier load and not at idle.

Freeze Frame data and Fuel Trim info will help sort out if there is a Lean condition and at what RPM and under how much engine load the problem is happening.

Fuel pump could also be a problem as well.
