I replaced some buttons on my E53 today, too. It was missing three of them when I bought it. I got lucky enough to win this auction on eBay for $1.25, though:

Got everything I needed, plus a nice stockpile of replacements in case I need them, or in case I want to be one of those assholes who sells individual buttons on eBay for $20 each (I don't).
