During those first minutes...open your cell/smartphone to look for available BT devices. You should see your BMW...it will be displayed as "BMW xxxxx"...the Xs will be the last 5 digits of your X5s VIN. You select your X5 and then your asked to enter the passkey code...etc.

Negative and we reset the module with the local BMW dealer shop software..again nothing showed up, no name, no pass key, nothing it seems the module is dead....
