Is their anything that will eliminate these scratch marks? More than likely I'm the only person in the world this could possibly bother, but my new hobby is keeping this car aesthetically perfect (so I don't have much of a life). Any help appreciated.

Huh? How does one get things such as a briefcase, notebooks, your co-workers size 13 boot, etc on the dash board?? Strange. It's my guess that you will have to chalk it up to wear and tear and perhaps ask your riders to be a bit more respectful of your ride.
