The chance of multiple coils going bad is probably greater than winning the lottery. A vacuum leak would normally throw up a P0171 or pP174 or both codes.

Perhaps it's time for a new MAF. My advice would be to skip the cheap wing wang MAF from eBay and Amazon and buy a Siemens MAF.
