I have a mk4 with day /night nav. I tryed to reload OEM SW32 but the disk stuck and the screen became black. I did step 1 and 2 of this : "http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/all-bmw/navigation/12212-tips-removing-stuck-cd-navigation-drive.html " but nothing. The ejection's button light is on but the disk don't eject. The red "power" light didn't light. Τhe screen remains black and does not work anything.
