You can visually tell if a steering wheel is heated because it will have the heated steering wheel icon located on one of the lower right buttons (next to the button with the cruise control icon).
If the wheel is NOT heated...it will only have the button with the icon for cruise control on the lower right side:
HEATED STEERING WHEELS (note icons on lower right buttons)
NON HEATED STEERING WHEEL (only has single button on lower right side with cruise control icon on it)
