I worked with this setting about 4 years ago.
I wrote about it then. As noted here, it was set to ~.1 from the factory and my buddy with a GT1 set it to .3.
For me, it completely removed a very rough issue on acceleration. A 'hunting' that felt a lot like the transmission was changing gears for no reason.
