You could have a bad fuel pump so no gas is being pumped to the injectors. Or you could have no sparks at the spark plugs which could mean a bad CPS. If it tried to start but didn't start and you continue trying to start it you could have flooded the engine. To start a flooded engine, press the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor and crank the engine for about 1 minute. If it doesn't start wait about 2 minutes and repeat the procedure.

I will certainly try that. I just replaced the fuel pump a year ago so I hope it's not that. I guess what I mean by "crank" is that when I turn the key, the engine is trying to start, but it never does. It just keeps trying. Does that make sense? It will almost turn over, but not fully. And if it does turnover it immediately dies. I never thought about spark plugs. Maybe that's it?
