Body of data? Probably not. LOL. But the idea like you said is assuming that the issues are fixed down to the root cause. Also most issues with the EGR, SCR and DPF systems arise from usage patterns and kinda get compounded due to the failure to identify and fix some other related issue. Short trips, faulty thermostat leading to clogged DPF etc. So the lesser the issues up front and knowing that your usage patterns with the 50-60k miles have caused no issues, it is a good enough extrapolation on longer term reliability I guess.
