I had factory 4:3 nav and later converted to 16:9 so I think I am also missing the top two screw holes.

Think I will just friction mount until I can figure something better out.

No mounting (friction fit) works great but if you get rear ended... that's when you'll wish you had figured a way to secure the head unit. Would see it happen from time to time as an installer.
