That's a gorgeous Garand! And a nice collector piece, with it being all original. Those are hard to come by these days.

My friend's dad (the one who gave me the Winchester 94) has a nice Garand too. It's got a national match barrel and is very accurate. Hearing the "ping" as the enbloc clip ejects is a satisfying sound.

One of these days, I want to order a CMP Garand. While their frankenrifles aren't very collectible, they make a fine shooter. Though they occasionally have some original collector grade rifles on their auction site.
